Ran Dom is one of the most wanted criminals within Wanted!Wikitale. Holding dominion of Sector B and C and leader of the Red-Eye Gang. Ran Dom has commited several crimes including but not limited to: Murder, Burglary, Assault, and Breaking and Entering. Although he's paid off the cops in both of his sectors and therefore is unable to be caught by police within his own territory. Known as UndeadRole88 on the DarkWeb, he sells illegal weaponry.
Origin (Summary)[]
No one knows much about Ran Dom (Pronounced: Ran Dome) other than the fact he simply rose from a graveyard. Police nor Investigators have managed to find any information about his past or online presence. He toppled the gangsters of both Sectors B and C. Easily making his way to the top of the gangster pyramid, earning the name "Crimelord Ran Dom"

Ran Dom is a handsome individual with red-orange hair. He wears a black long-sleeved button up with thin red lines going vertically with a red vest over it. His eyes can shift between gold irises or a black scleritis with red irises. He is a healthy and fit 25 year old.
Personality[]
Ran Dom is a manipulative and cunning person. Often forcing people into deals they will soon regret, and "disposing" of things he finds useless. He takes advantage of people by slowly creating relationships with them, then enjoying their pain as he betrays them.
Powers & Abilities[]
- Manipulation: Ran Dom is able to create relationships with almost everyone, whether good or bad he can always find ways to use those relationships to his advantage.
- Gun Gale: Ran Dom summons guns out of thin air like gusts of wind, not only can he use them manually with exceptional skill, but he can also shoot them from a range of 50 meters.
- Poison Leg Hawk: A fighting style that primarily focuses on the legs (Such as kicking) Poison Leg Hawk requires one to douse their legs with poison, releasing the poison into the opponents body when attacking.
- Undead: Since Ran Dom is an undead being, he is immune to anything that'd kill a human being, however, he cannot regenerate his body when it's completely obliterated (A strong missile is likely to kill him)
- Regeneration: Ran Dom has fast regeneration due to his nature as an undead. However he requires energy in order to heal (Specifically flesh) and thus, when he is out of energy he cannot regenerate until he replenishes it. Making him vulnerable to all attacks that'd kill any other person.
- Flame Manipulation: Ran Dom can create, transform into, and manipulate flames, being able to withstand temperatures several times hotter than what an above average human can take.
