Dust!Breath!Sans (also known as Dust!Breath) is a Sans OC from the AU Dust!Breath. He was a regular Dust!Sans who, upon learning that he will never defeat the human from Gaster, he agrees to fuse he's magic with Gaster's to get stronger to finally defeat the human.

In the AU known as Dust!Breath, the world had plunged into an even darker era than that of Dusttale. The Underground was plagued not only by the brutality of the monsters but also by the impending doom brought about by the curse of the Last Breath. Gaster, the brilliant scientist and former Royal Scientist, had made a grave discovery: there was no way for any monster, not even Sans, to defeat the relentless human who had obtained the Last Breath.
Sans, known as Dust!Sans in this bleak AU, had always been a symbol of nihilism and apathy. But even he understood the gravity of the situation. The human, wielding the power of Last Breath, was unstoppable. No matter how many times they were defeated, they would return, stronger and more relentless each time.
One fateful day, Gaster approached Dust!Sans with a proposition. Gaster had been tirelessly researching the nature of the Last Breath and the limits of monster magic. He explained that there was only one way to stand a chance against the human: by merging their magic together. It was a desperate plan, one that would fuse Dust!Sans' unique power with the immense knowledge and determination of Gaster. This fusion would give rise to a new being known as Dust!Breath.
Dust!Sans, who had long accepted the futility of his existence, saw this as the only slim chance to make a real difference and protect what remained of the Underground.
